Terms of Service — Marina Riviera Services

1. Service provider identity

Dolgova Marina, Entrepreneur individuel, SIREN 106 240 831, SIRET 106 240 831 00011, 38 Boulevard Raimbaldi, 06000 Nice, France (hereinafter "Marina Riviera Services").

2. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Marina Riviera Services and any person using the marina-riviera.agency website or submitting a service request. By accessing the site and submitting a request, you accept these terms in full.

3. Definitions

Request: submission of an online form expressing interest in a service.
Confirmation: explicit written communication from Marina Riviera Services accepting a request.
Rental agreement: signed agreement between Marina Riviera Services and the renter for vehicle rental.
Renter: individual who has signed a rental agreement.
Operator: independent authorised professional (Taxi or VTC) performing transport.
Third-party provider: independent professional involved in a concierge request.

4. Website use

This website is provided for information and to receive service requests. The information presented constitutes a commercial description of the services offered. Submitting a form constitutes a request, not a confirmed booking.

5. Absence of automatic confirmation

Submitting a form does not create a confirmed booking. For rental, confirmation is sent after driver eligibility review, vehicle availability confirmation, and signature of the rental agreement. For transport, confirmation comes directly from the independent operator.

6. Self-drive car rental service

Marina Riviera Services offers self-drive vehicle rental in Nice and across the French Riviera. The renter drives the vehicle personally. This service is operational. Requests are subject to availability, eligibility review, and written confirmation.

7. Rental eligibility

Valid driving licence (minimum 2 years held).
Minimum age: 21. A young driver supplement may apply for drivers under 25.
Security deposit by bank card (CB/Visa/Mastercard) at handover.
No at-fault claims in the past 12 months.
Valid passport or national ID card.

8. Rental rates

Current rates (starting prices):

Economy city car: from €65/day — deposit €800 — excess €1,000
Comfort saloon: from €95/day — deposit €1,200 — excess €1,500
Compact SUV: from €125/day — deposit €1,500 — excess €2,000
Prestige/Convertible: from €195/day — deposit €2,500 — excess €3,000

Exact rates are confirmed upon eligibility review and vehicle availability confirmation.

9. Options and extras

Additional driver: €15/day
Child seat (0–18 kg): €10/day
Booster seat: €8/day
Portable GPS: €8/day
Additional mileage: €0.25/km beyond the included allowance
Delivery fee by zone: €30 Nice city — €45 airport — €80 Cannes/Menton — €90 Monaco

10. Insurance, excess and deposit

Insurance conditions, excess, deposit and permitted territories will be specified for each confirmed vehicle in the rental agreement. The security deposit is returned after vehicle inspection on return, provided no damage, pending fines, or unmet contractual obligations are found.

11. Prohibited use

The vehicle may not be used for commercial purposes, sublet, or driven by any person not named in the agreement. Driving in certain countries may require prior authorisation specified in the rental agreement.

12. Return and late return

The vehicle must be returned on the date, at the time, and at the location agreed in the rental agreement. Unjustified delay may incur additional charges. A joint inspection is conducted at return.

13. Fines and penalties

Any fine, penalty, or sanction incurred during the rental period remains the renter's responsibility.

14. Taxi/VTC referral service

Marina Riviera Services is not a transport operator. It collects transport requests and shares them with independent authorised professionals (Taxi or VTC). These professionals perform journeys under their own responsibility and their own terms.

15. Direct contract with the operator

Where a journey is confirmed by an independent operator, the transport contract is concluded directly between the customer and the operator. Marina Riviera Services is not a party to that contract.

16. Partner verification requirements

Any future transport partnership is subject to verification of professional authorisations and insurance. Referenced operators must hold a valid professional Taxi driver card or valid professional VTC driver card issued by the competent prefecture, with valid operator registration in the REVTC where applicable, valid professional insurance, and a legally compliant vehicle.

17. Concierge services

Concierge services include assistance with organising local services: recommendations, reservation requests, provider coordination, arrivals, deliveries, and programme planning. Marina Riviera Services coordinates these services but is not the final provider of reserved third-party services.

18. Third-party provider costs

Marina Riviera Services concierge fees are separate from third-party provider costs. Restaurants, transport, flowers, gifts, and other external services are subject to their own terms and pricing and are billed separately.

19. Concierge rates

One-off request: from €50
Half-day coordination: from €160
Riviera planning: on request
Business assistance: on request

Rates are confirmed before any coordination, quoted according to duration, complexity, and third-party costs.

20. Payment

Payment terms are specified in the agreement or service proposal. No charge is made without the client's prior written agreement.

21. Liability

Marina Riviera Services is not liable for failures resulting from force majeure, the unavailability of a third-party provider or independent operator, or indirect damages or losses resulting from the unavailability of a service.

23. Consumer mediator

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the competent consumer mediator:

G03 — Location de courte durée de véhicules : contrats spécifiques, autopartage, véhicules en libre-service

This mediator is competent for disputes relating to short-term vehicle rental agreements concluded with Marina Riviera Services.

The referral must be made within one year of the written complaint submitted to Marina Riviera Services. Recourse to mediation does not affect other available remedies.

24. Personal data

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

25. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts have jurisdiction.
